We serve a customer base of 500 enterprises across 20 countries in the US, EU, and MENA regions.

 

What we expect:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience.
  • Leverage company expertise to provide strategic recommendations and deliver personalized experiences.
  • Work closely with business units to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and drive customer retention and loyalty.
  • Analyze business needs and design the best solutions within Sestek products.
  • Support AI Agent design, contributing to chat & voice agent development and AI-driven customer interactions.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys for AI Agents.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in customer success, user experience, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience with AI, voice/chatbot solutions is a plus.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
