Job Description

Planificar, programar y dar seguimiento a los proyectos mineros, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempo y costos establecidos, mediante la coordinación efectiva de recursos, análisis de riesgos y optimización de operaciones.

• Desarrollar y mantener cronogramas detallados de proyectos mineros (corto, mediano y largo plazo).
• Coordinar con las distintas áreas (operaciones, geología, mantenimiento, seguridad, etc.) para integrar planes de trabajo.
• Monitorear el avance físico y financiero de los proyectos, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas.
• Preparar reportes periódicos de avance, KPI’s y análisis de desempeño para la alta dirección.
• Gestionar cambios en el alcance del proyecto y actualizar planes según sea necesario.
• Evaluar riesgos potenciales y proponer planes de mitigación.
• Optimizar la asignación de recursos (personal, equipos, materiales).
• Apoyar en la planificación de producción minera y secuencias de explotación.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, medio ambiente y regulaciones aplicables.
• Participar en reuniones de seguimiento con stakeholders internos y externos.

Qualifications

Formación Académica

• Ingeniería de Minas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Civil o carrera afín.
• Deseable especialización en Gestión de Proyectos o Planeación.

Experiencia

• 5 a 8 años de experiencia en planeación de proyectos, preferentemente en minería.
• Experiencia en proyectos subterráneos o a cielo abierto (deseable).

Conocimientos Técnicos

• Manejo avanzado de herramientas de planeación:
  • MS Project, Primavera P6 o equivalente.
• Conocimiento en metodologías de gestión de proyectos (PMI, Agile deseable).
• Lectura de planos y modelamiento minero.
• Conocimiento de costos y presupuestos en proyectos mineros.
• Manejo de Excel avanzado y herramientas de análisis de datos.
