As the Engagement Lead, you will provide strategic leadership for the Pearson LIFT PMIS Extension / Integrated Digital Lifecycle, PLM Enablement, and Asset Decision-Support commission, with overall accountability for direction, commercial oversight, and workstream integration. Ensure alignment with GTAA priorities by delivering practical, decision-driven outcomes that support capital planning, operations, and the transition to a fully integrated digital lifecycle and PLM-enabled operating model.

Job Description

  • Serve as overall commission lead and senior point of accountability
  • Define, maintain, and protect scope, positioning, and commercial framework
  • Integrate workstreams into a unified delivery roadmap and narrative
  • Lead executive and sponsor engagements; set strategic direction
  • Align outputs with business, capital, operational, and handover decisions
  • Oversee quality assurance, escalations, and key decision-making
  • Ensure deliverables are credible, commercially sound, and aligned to GTAA strategy
  • Lead final roadmap development, transition planning, and project closeout

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in asset-intensive, infrastructure, airport, or major-program environments 
  • Recognized university degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong executive leadership experience in consulting, transformation, major programs, or asset management 
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex multi-disciplinary commissions 
  • Strong knowledge of asset management, operating model design, governance, and enterprise transformation 
  • Commercial, proposal, and stakeholder management capability
