Job Description

Turner and Townsend is expanding its business in Indonesia, and we are scouting for talented Project Management professionals to join our growing team. 

We're seeking for talents with experience in construction of data center, semiconductor, industrial, advanced manufacturing projects

The available roles are:

📌 Project Manager - Civil, Structure, & Architecture

📌 Project Manager - Mechanical

📌 Project Manager - Electrical

📌 Project Manager - Planner / Scheduler

📌 Manager, Health, Safety & Environmental 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture) or relevant field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Project Management within construction projects
• Proven experience in data center, semiconductor, industrial, or advanced manufacturing projects
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, construction processes, and site operations
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment
• Willing to be based in Jakarta or project sites as required

Role-Specific Qualifications

Project Manager – Civil, Structure & Architecture

• Strong experience in structural, architectural, and civil works execution
• Familiar with building regulations, design coordination, and site management

Project Manager – Mechanical

• Experience in mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, utilities, etc.)
• Knowledge of industrial or mission-critical facility systems is a plus

Project Manager – Electrical

• Experience in electrical systems (power distribution, MV/LV, UPS, etc.)
• Familiar with data center or high-reliability electrical systems is preferred

Project Manager – Planner / Scheduler

• Strong background in project planning and scheduling (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
• Experience in progress tracking, reporting, and delay analysis

Manager, Health, Safety & Environmental

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, AK3U) preferred
• Experience managing HSE in construction projects
