Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the project team, with a focus on document control and compliance
  • Implement and maintain the document control strategy to ensure consistent service delivery across all projects and programmes
  • Offer guidance and training to users on system functionality, processes, and procedures, including batch uploading of documents
  • Generate reports detailing document updates, amendments, and progression
  • Monitor compliance for all document publications within the designated document management system, ensuring correct formatting, status, and metadata
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes regularly; assist with scheduling and issuing meeting invitations
  • Maintain accurate records of document information, including storage locations, status, and ownership, in line with regulatory requirements
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients and project teams to support effective service delivery

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in managing document control processes and administrative functions is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Highly proactive, professional, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic project or programme environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to deliver high-quality document control support in both English and Korean
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
