Job Description

  • Review and analyze existing MSP schedules. This will include evaluating schedule health, Identifying gaps, flagging risks, and performing critical path analysis.
  • Develop and maintain detailed primavera P6 schedules for the remaining works and ensure alignment with client's construction leadership team.
  • Monitor progress and periodically update schedules to reflect actual status.
  • Develop schedule reports, communicate schedule risks, and work with the construction team to mitigate any potential delays.
  • Create and maintain schedule key performance indicators.
  • Lead schedule meetings with the Contractors and client construction teams.
  • Assist client’s Director of scheduling in creating schedule specifications and procedures.
  • Review Time Impact Analysis and provide feedback to the construction team and general contractors. 

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of construction scheduling experience with at least 3+ years Data Center experience.
  • Advanced knowledge in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task similar activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interfere and effectively communicate with cross functional project stakeholders.
  • English communication is a must
  • Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience in forensic planning/delay analysis.
  • PSP certification is preferred.
