Northleaf Capital Partners is always looking for exceptional talent to join our growing Corporate Finance team, from Corporate Accountant to Senior Manager level. While we are not actively hiring for these roles right now, we regularly seek driven professionals who want to make an impact in private markets.
We invest across three asset classes: private equity, private credit, and infrastructure. While each asset class offers unique opportunities, you can expect similar exposure to rigorous investment processes, analytical challenges, and meaningful contributions to our global platform.

What You Could Work On:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and general ledger
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee expense and payment batches
- Complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Analyze and reconcile entity-level financial data
- Review financial reports for regulatory compliance and coordinate audits
- Support corporate finance projects as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional accounting designation required
- Accounting or Finance degree/diploma required
- Industry experience in financial services, asset management and/or accounting firms is preferred
- Technical excellence with accounting software, with advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience working with Sage 300 ERP Premium Version 2023 & Investran system would be considered an asset
- Strong analytical skills, superior attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Demonstrates professionalism and integrity
- Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlines
- Proactive approach to problem solving and supporting continuous improvement
- A team player with strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
