What You’ll Be Doing
• Assisting guests with reservations and enquiries
• Managing guest arrivals and departures efficiently and professionally
• Anticipating guest needs to deliver outstanding service
• Finalising guest accounts and handling cashiering tasks
• Following hotel policies and procedures at all times
• Contributing to the achievement of budgets and sales targets
• Working a rotating roster including days, evenings, and weekends

• A proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous front office or customer service experience is an advantage, but we are happy to train the right person
