Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover. 
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project reporting and updates. 
  • Ensure compliance with heritage and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Oversee coordination of architects, engineers, heritage consultants, contractors, and suppliers. 
  • Monitor project cost, schedule, and risk, implementing mitigation strategies as required. 
  • Ensure sustainability objectives and environmental impact goals are integrated and achieved. 
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, design workshops, and site inspections.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and client representatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline 
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in educational buildings
  • Excellent client management and communication skills 
  • Strong knowledge of local authority and requirements 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups 
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for heritage and design excellence 
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills
