Job Description

The Process Compliance Manager will be a key member of the core team, responsible for ensuring adherence to defined organizational processes, policies, and governance frameworks across multiple project locations in Bangalore. The role involves regular site visits, compliance audits, identification of gaps, and structured reporting of compliance risks and issues to senior management to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Process Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure implementation and adherence to organizational processes, SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks across all project sites.
  • Monitor compliance with internal standards, contractual requirements, and applicable regulatory or statutory norms.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits across multiple project locations in Bangalore.
  • Assess process adherence related to project management, execution, documentation, controls, and approvals.
  • Identify non-compliance, deviations, and process risks at site and project levels.
  • Prepare structured compliance audit reports detailing observations, deviations, root causes, and risk impact.
  • Present compliance status, trends, and key risk areas to senior management and core leadership team.
  • Escalate critical compliance issues with clear recommendations and corrective actions.
  • Work with project teams to define corrective and preventive action plans for compliance gaps.
  • Track implementation and closure of action items within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, functional heads, and site teams to improve process adoption.
  • Analyse recurring compliance issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Recommend enhancements to SOPs, checklists, and control mechanisms.
  • Conduct process awareness sessions, trainings, and workshops for project and site teams.
  • Promote a strong compliance and governance culture across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical) Or Architecture.
  • 8–12 years of experience in process compliance, audits, governance, or PMO roles.
  • Proven experience in managing compliance across multiple project locations.
  • Experience interacting with and presenting to senior management.
  • Certifications in Process Excellence, Internal Audits, ISO, PMP, or similar are an added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of process governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent auditing, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage frequent site travel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams.
