Job Description

  • Measurement of all elements for preparation of cost plan
  • Pricing of individual items within a cost plan from first principals including market engagement where required
  • Preparation of cost reports
  • Assessment of tender returns and preparation of tender recommendation report
  • Assessment of contractor variations
  • Assessment of contractor payment claims and preparation of a payment recommendation to the Superintendent
  • Compilation of benchmarking and market intelligence data
  • Utilisation of our digital offering, the Hive, for implementation of all deliverables

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years post graduate experience
  • AIQS of RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership
  • Experience in CostX preferred
  • Experience across the life cycle of projects with experience in pre-contract, procurement, and post contract activities
