Job Description

• Support the Project Management team delivering high quality standards
• Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
• Establish effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
• Produce project plans
• Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators
• Prepare written project communication materials
• Prepare formal project progress and other reports
• Liaise with the client, contractors and designers
• Attend meetings and draft minutes

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student of relevant discipline in Architect,Project Management/Construction Management/Engineering or Building Services etc
• Good communication skill and eager to learn
