Job Description

Esta posición es en sitio. 

• Desarrollar y mantener planes integrados de proyecto que abarquen alcance, costo, cronograma, riesgos y calidad.
• Liderar y supervisar la ejecución diaria de proyectos complejos de ingeniería e industriales.
• Monitorear entregables, avances, desempeño de contratistas y cumplimiento de los cronogramas base.
• Coordinar y presidir reuniones de proyecto, elaborar informes de progreso y escalar temas críticos para decisión del cliente.
• Impulsar la gestión de riesgos, problemas y cambios, asegurando mitigación proactiva y decisiones estructuradas.
• Coordinar interfaces entre ingeniería, compras, construcción, puesta en marcha y operación.
• Asegurar la correcta implementación de controles de proyecto, reportes y estructuras de gobernanza.
• Gestionar la relación con stakeholders: actuar como punto focal de comunicación con contratistas, proveedores, entes reguladores y la dirección del cliente.
• Apoyar el seguimiento presupuestario y de informes, generando alertas tempranas sobre desvíos y riesgos.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, calidad, regulatorios y éticos en todas las fases del proyecto.
• Promover la mejora continua, la innovación y la aplicación de lecciones aprendidas para optimizar la entrega del proyecto.

Qualifications

• Mandatorio: Título universitario en Ingeniería.
• Mínimo 15 años de experiencia profesional en gestión de proyectos de gran envergadura en infraestructura, energía o industrias afines.
• Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en proyectos de reactores nucleares.
• Experiencia en procesos industriales o instalaciones industriales complejas.
• Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, organización y gestión de stakeholders.
• Dominio de inglés y español (oral y escrito).
