Job Description

This is an on site job. 

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality.
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day execution of complex engineering and industrial projects.
  • Monitor contractor deliverables, progress, performance, and adherence to project baselines.
  • Chair project meetings, prepare progress reports, and escalate key issues for client decision.
  • Drive the risk, issue, and change management processes, ensuring proactive mitigation and structured decision-making.
  • Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
  • Ensure proper implementation of project controls, reporting, and governance structures.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement: act as focal point for communication with contractors, suppliers, regulators, and client executives.
  • Support budget tracking and reporting, providing early warnings on deviations and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and ethical standards across all phases of the project.
  • Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and application of lessons learned to optimize project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory: University degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in project management within major infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.
  • Experience in nuclear reactor projects is highly desirable.
  • Experience in industrial processes or similar complex industrial facilities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
