Job Description

• To assist in estimating and cost planning activities
• To assist in preparing and evaluating VE items
• To assist and facilitate through the procurement process; including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation are performed effectively
• Attend key Client’s team meeting and advise on commercial matters
• To assist in monitoring project cost and managing change orders
• To assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports for senior management usage

• 新築工事・改修工事の概算業務
• VE提案、VE評価の資料作成業務
• 入札契約に関連する業務（事前審査、質疑、見積分析、見積評価、見積評価内容交渉など）
• プロジェクトの全段階において、クライアントやプロジェクト関係者とのやりとりや会議への参加
• 工事契約後のコストモニタリングと変更管理
• 工事契約後のコストレポート作成と、クライアントへの報告

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction projects
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese
• Excellent communication skills, capable of handling negotiations
• A team player with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Excel (basic understanding of functions such as SUMIF and XLOOKUP for data aggregation and lookup)
• Open to using translation tools for English reading and writing

必要なる資格や経験

• 建築プロジェクトでの経験を満3年以上有する方
• ネイティブレベルの日本語
• 交渉に対応できる優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 優れた問題解決能力を持つチームプレーヤー
• Excelスキル（SUMIF, XLOOKUPなどの関数を使用した集計やデータ検索の基本の理解）
• 英語の読み書きに対して翻訳ツールを活用することに抵抗が無い方

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge of cost management skills such as cost estimation, quantity surveying, and bid management in construction projects
• Business-level proficiency in English

• 建築プロジェクトにて概算、数量拾い、入札管理等、コスト管理業務に関わる技術的知識を有する方
• ビジネスレベルの英語
