Job Description

The professional will take responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standard and aid on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions.

Handles commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project. Can work as part of a larger team or as the key day-to-day contact point with the client.

The Senior Engineer - Electrical is responsible for analyzing electromechanical and special installations verifying that they are aligned with technical specifications and the country's legislation norms, elaborating and controlling reports and monitoring the qualification of contractor craftsmen, recommending improvement actions, while being directly involved in day-to-day work site monitoring.

Qualifications

  • 10 years professional experience with a minimum of 7 years’ experience working as a Engineer coordinating MEP design and construction.
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Automation Systems
  • Commissioning experience is required.
  • PMI certification is a plus.
  • Experience in LEED projects is a plus.
  • Fluent in English to be able to lead project team meetings, issue written communications, minutes and reports, lead client meetings.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD and BIM.
  • Microsoft Office Package.
