About the Role

We are looking for a EHS Manager to join our Construction Management Team. This mid-level role is critical for ensuring job site safety, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across multiple construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to maintain a safe working environment and drive continuous improvement in safety practices.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures for construction projects in compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
  • Conduct job site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
  • Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to field personnel.
  • Monitor safety performance metrics and report findings to management.
  • Support emergency response planning and ensure readiness on all sites.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in safety engineering or construction safety roles.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and travel to job sites as needed.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare construction projects or similar regulated environments.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, CHST) are a plus.
