The Role

We are looking for a Content Strategy Intern to help us tell the Menlo story. You will be hands-on from day one -- shooting and editing video, managing content across our social channels, and helping shape how the world sees one of the most exciting deep tech labs in Southeast Asia. This is a part-time role based at our Singapore HQ, and it is a real internship: your work will be seen, shipped, and matter.

What You Will Do

• Shoot and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels
• Manage day-to-day content posting and scheduling across Menlo's social platforms
• Help develop and maintain a content calendar that keeps Menlo's channels active and consistent
• Repurpose long-form content -- talks, demos, technical updates -- into digestible short-form posts
• Support the production of podcasts, event recordings, and behind-the-scenes content
• Track content performance and flag what is working and what is not

What You Will Bring

• Comfortable behind and in front of a camera -- you can shoot, direct, and edit without hand-holding
• Familiar with short-form video editing tools: CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• A good eye for what makes content stop the scroll -- you think about framing, pacing, and hooks
• Organised enough to manage a content calendar and hit posting schedules consistently
• Genuinely curious about AI, robotics, or deep tech -- you do not need to be an engineer, but you need to care about what we build
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in communications, media, design, marketing, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience running social channels for a brand, student organisation, or personal following
• Motion graphics or graphic design skills
• Familiarity with community platforms like Discord or Reddit
