Memantau penggunaan obat yang rasional serta memberikan pelayanan obat kepada pasien, keluarga pasien, dan tenaga kesehatan lain yang membutuhkan untuk memastikan pengelolaan dan penggunaan obat yang sesuai dengan standar, kebijakan, hukum, dan regulasi yang berlaku.

 

Job Description

  • Memiliki pendidikan minimal Profesi Apoteker

  • Memiliki STR aktif.

  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidangnya minimal 1 tahun, fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.

  • Memiliki tanggung jawab dan komunikasi yang baik.

 

 

Qualifications

•Bachelor Degree from Pharmacy

•Minimun 1 year work experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting

•Strong clinical knowledge and skills in pharmacotherapy, drug interactions, and patient care.

•Expertise in the preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of a wide range of medication

•Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines related to pharmacy practice, including medication safety and controlled substances.
