Job Description

  • Pemasangan (Setup): Bongkar-pasang cetakan ke mesin produksi sesuai jadwal.

  • Perawatan (Maintenance): Membersihkan, melumasi, dan memastikan sistem pendingin cetakan berfungsi normal.

  • Perbaikan (Repair): Mengganti komponen yang aus dan memoles permukaan cetakan yang tergores.

  • Pengecekan (Quality): Memastikan hasil cetakan pertama sudah presisi dan tidak cacat.

  • Penyimpanan (Inventory): Mengatur tata letak dan mencatat riwayat penggunaan cetakan di gudang.

  • Keamanan (Safety): Mengoperasikan alat angkat berat (seperti crane) sesuai prosedur K3.

Qualifications

  • Minimal SMK Teknik Mesin, Teknik Perkakas, atau Teknik Industri.

  • Memahami dasar-dasar mekanik, jenis-jenis material cetakan (logam, aluminium, atau silikon), dan proses produksi (seperti injection molding).

  • Minimal pengalaman 1 tahun (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar)
