Job Description

 

  • Mengidentifikasi dan membangun hubungan dengan mitra rujukan potensial seperti dokter, klinik, asuransi, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya di wilayah Jakarta.

  • Mempertahankan hubungan yang kuat dengan mitra rujukan yang ada, memastikan komunikasi yang lancar dan mengkoordinasikan aliran pasien secara efisien.

  • Mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran dan promosi yang efektif untuk memperluas jangkauan dan meningkatkan jumlah rujukan ke rumah sakit kami.

  • Memantau tren pasar, menganalisis data, dan memberikan masukan untuk meningkatkan layanan dan proses rujukan.

  • Bekerjasama dengan tim klinis dan operasional lainnya untuk memastikan pengalaman pasien yang luar biasa.

  • Mencapai dan melampaui target rujukan yang ditetapkan, dengan fokus pada pertumbuhan berkelanjutan.

Qualifications

  • Gelar sarjana di bidang Manajemen, Pemasaran, atau bidang terkait.

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam peran penjualan, pemasaran, atau manajemen hubungan di industri perawatan kesehatan.

  • Pemahaman yang baik tentang ekosistem perawatan kesehatan, proses rujukan, dan berbagai pemangku kepentingan di sektor ini.

  • Mampu mengendarai kendaraan bermotor (manual/matic)

  • Berorientasi pada pencapaian target, dengan rekam jejak demonstrasi keberhasilan.

  • Bersedia dinas keluar kota

  • Familiar dengan perangkat lunak CRM dan alat analitik yang relevan.

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Siloam Hospitals Surabaya
