Job Description

Memantau penggunaan obat yang rasional serta memberikan pelayanan obat kepada pasien, keluarga pasien, dan tenaga kesehatan lain yang membutuhkan untuk memastikan pengelolaan dan penggunaan obat yang sesuai dengan standar; kebijakan, hukum, dan regulasi yang berlaku

 

 

Qualifications

  • S2 Farmasi Klinis
  • STRA aktif
  • Min. 1 tahun pengalaman di RS
