Job Description

 

  • Melayani proses registrasi pasien dengan cepat, ramah, dan akurat.

  • Menangani proses pembayaran sesuai dengan prosedur dan memastikan keakuratan transaksi.

  • Memberikan informasi yang jelas dan lengkap kepada pasien, keluarga, dan pengunjung terkait layanan klinik.

  • Menjaga kerahasiaan data pasien dan memastikan administrasi dilakukan sesuai standar.

  • Menyediakan pelayanan prima untuk memastikan kepuasan pasien, keluarga, dan pengunjung.

  • Memastikan semua layanan front office sesuai dengan standar operasional klinik.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Minimal S1 semua jurusan

  • Pengalaman kerja min. 1 tahun bagian Customer Service / Registrasi

  • Menguasai Bahasa Inggris secara aktif (lisan dan tulisan)

  • Memiliki orientasi pelayanan pelanggan yang tinggi

  • Berpenampilan rapi, menarik, dan profesional

  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dengan baik

  • Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan ditempatkan di Jakarta.
