Bertanggung jawab atas perancangan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pengembangan program klinis di dalam unit rumah sakit untuk memastikan mutu layanan, keselamatan pasien, serta keberlanjutan program melalui kolaborasi lintas departemen, kemitraan eksternal, analisis data klinis, dan inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan.

Qualifications

- Minimal lulusan Sarjana Kedokteran (S.Ked)

- Memiliki pengalaman 1-3 tahun sebagai RMO/Dokter Umum (General Practitioner)

- Memiliki kemampuann interpersonal dan komunikasi yang kuat

- Memiliki pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang baik mengenai Good Clinical Practice (GCP); pengalaman dalam uji klinis (clinical trials) menjadi nilai tambah

- Responsif, kreatif, dan adaptif dalam mengelola perubahan serta menyelesaikan masalah
