Job Description

  • Menerima dan menangani telepon masuk dari pasien/keluarga pasien.

  • Memberikan informasi terkait jadwal dokter, layanan, dan fasilitas rumah sakit.

  • Membantu proses pendaftaran atau booking appointment.

  • Meneruskan panggilan ke unit terkait (poliklinik, IGD, rawat inap, dll).

  • Menangani keluhan awal dan mencatat laporan dengan baik.

  • Memastikan komunikasi yang ramah, jelas, dan profesional.

Qualifications

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK

  • Pengalaman sebagai call center/customer service lebih disukai (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar).

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan suara jelas.

  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Office/basic system).

  • Bersedia bekerja shift.
