Job Description
- Welcome and assist patients with genuine warmth and professionalism.
- Handle registration, appointments, and administrative procedures efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about doctors, schedules, and hospital services.
- Coordinate with medical and insurance teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Communication, or related field.
- 1+ year experience in front office, hospitality, or healthcare.
- Excellent English communication skills β written and spoken.
- Presentable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule.
