Job Description

 

  • Greet patients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Manage patient registration, including verifying personal and insurance information.

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using hospital management systems.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.

  • Collect and process payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

  • Assist with patient admissions and discharges following hospital protocols.

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and compliant with hospital safety standards.

  • Handle patient complaints or concerns and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Support administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and reporting.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in a hospital, hotel, or airport front desk/customer service role is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and front office/EHR software.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and patient-centered service
