Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and high-quality nursing care to our patients.
- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and document their progress
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent professional nursing qualification
- Active Nursing Registration (STR) is required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-oriented approach with a compassionate and caring attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Flexibility to work in shifts
