Job Description

•Carrying out nursing care to all inpatients under his/her responsibility, as well as providing nursing services in accordance with the hospital's vision, mission, philosophy and goals of the nursing division as well as implementing nursing service quality policies and room work targets

•Carrying out the main responsibilities for implementing Nursing Services: Carrying out morning, afternoon and evening duties in rotation according to the service roster created by the Head Nurse, Providing nursing care with independent nursing intervention in accordance with the competencies and qualifications possessed, Actively participating in the implementation of quality improvement programs and safety of hospital patients as well as quality improvement programs in their rooms. Preparing facilities for the smooth running of nursing services and making it easier for patients/families to provide services by: Arranging the safety and comfort of the room, Checking and ensuring that all required equipment is functioning properly and medicines and health equipment other necessary things are available and ready to use, Support the cleanliness and tidiness of the work environment. Carry out nursing actions in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures based on the limits of ability and competence possessed, Provide nursing care to clients at all levels of maternity and midwifery business by applying standard nursing practices: Carry out nursing assessments at the start of the patient's admission and continuously while the patient is in care using the applicable format, Determining the client's nursing problems through analysis of assessment results, Implementing goals and objectives to overcome nursing problems that occur, Carrying out nursing actions/therapy according to the patient's needs based on applicable procedural policies, Observing and monitoring the patient's health condition continuously. Continuously, Provide health education to patients/families.

•Carrying out the main responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the medical recording and reporting system: Receive, check the completeness of medical records and preparation of patients for treatment, Implement and maintain the nursing care recording and reporting system appropriately and correctly, so as to create an accurate information and communication system , Read reports to determine the patient's condition and clarification, action plans/diagnostic examinations, plans for incoming and discharged patients, Handover patients to the next shift nurse.

•Carrying out responsibilities towards patients/customers who are being treated in-patient: Displaying a polite attitude, effective and therapeutic communication to internal and external customers, Introducing yourself and informing the patient and family of the substitute midwife who will continue nursing care on each shift, Provide orientation and room rules for each new patient.

•Carrying out primary responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the medical recording and reporting system: Reading reports to find out patient conditions and clarifications, action plans/diagnostic examinations, plans for incoming and discharged patients

•Carry out the main responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the medical recording and reporting system: Handover patients to the next shift nurse.

•Carrying out responsibilities towards patients/customers who are being treated in-patient: Displaying a polite attitude, effective and therapeutic communication to internal and external customers

•Carry out responsibilities for patients/customers who are being treated inpatient: Introduce yourself and inform the patient and family of the substitute midwife who will continue nursing care on each shift.

•Carrying out responsibilities for patients/customers who are being treated in-patient: Providing orientation and room rules for each new patient

•Diploma (D3) Degree from Nursing

•Have minimum 6 months clinical experience in the inpatient area
