Job Description

Menunjang layanan farmasi dalam hal penerimaan resep, peracikan dan persiapan obat-obatan serta pendistribusian obat di layanan rawat jalan/ rawat inap farmasi untuk memastikan bahwa kebutuhan obat pasien terpenuhi sesuai dengan standar layanan dan mutu yang telah ditetapkan oleh Rumah Sakit.

Qualifications

  • Pendidikan D3 Farmasi
  • Memiliki STR aktif
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun, fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar
  • Memiliki tanggung jawab dan komunikasi yang  baik
