Job Description
- Melakukan pemeliharaan rutin serta perbaikan sesuai dengan permintaan pengguna terhadap seluruh program atau sistem yang digunakan di Rumah Sakit
- Menganalisa kebutuhan pengguna untuk menterjemahkan kebutuhan pengguna melalui program atau sistem yang sesuai
- Melakukan instalasi, reparasi, dan kegiatan pemeliharaan hardware, software, fax, telepon, CCTV, TV, HT, printer dan jaringan komputer
- Melaksanakan proses akhir hari dan proses back up sesuai dengan prosedur dan jadwal yang telah ditentukan
- Melakukan aktivitas pelaksanaan proyek sesuai dengan rencana kerja yang telah disusun dan melaporkan serta mendokumentasikan kegiatan dan progres pelaksanaan proyek untuk menjamin pencapaian target proyek yang dijalankan
- Menangani keluhan mengenai kendala operasional serta melakukan pencatatan pada logbook atas keluhan dan proses penanganan kendala operasional untuk mengevaluasi dan merencanakan perbaikan layanan ICT
- Memastikan kerahasiaan dan keamanan data-data yang ada di Rumah Sakit untuk mencegah kerusakan dan kebocoran rahasia oleh pihak eksternal
- Mengumpulkan data-data yang dibutuhkan dan/atau membuat laporan terkait kegiatan operasional sebagai pertanggungjawaban kepada atasan dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya, termasuk laporan harian, periodik, dan laporan prestasi mingguan
- Melaksanakan prosedur dan praktek pelayanan bermutu dan keselamatan, termasuk mengikuti pelatihan, mengumpulkan data, mendokumentasikan dan/atau membuat laporan yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung pencapaian indicator hospital wide dan sasaran departemen/unit terkait
