Descrição da vaga

Suporte ao departamento de Pós‑Vendas, com foco em clientes do segmento alimentício. Principais atividades:

  • Realizar o acompanhamento (follow‑up) de ofertas enviadas aos clientes, por e‑mail e telefone
  • Efetuar a implantação de pedidos no sistema SAP
  • Prestar suporte aos processos de devolução de peças, bem como o acompanhamento de chamados por meio do sistema Jira
  • Monitorar o andamento de pedidos nos portais dos clientes
  • Atualizar planilhas para criação de ofertas simples, com base em itens previamente cadastrados no sistema
  • Disponibilidade para realizar 2 anos de estágio no modelo presencial

Qualificações

Cursando superior em Administração de Empresas;

Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e demais ferramentas do Pacote Office;

Conhecimento em inglês nível intermediário;

Conhecimento em espanhol será um diferencial;

Perfil proativo, boa comunicação e bom relacionamento interpessoal
