ABOUT THE ROLE

Our QA team is one of the teams that make our product usable for millions of monthly active users worldwide. Therefore, we're looking for a QA Tester who would collaborate with the Product and Development teams on the maintenance of our applications and participate in the product improvement with testing, analysis, and findings reporting.

Your tasks and responsibilities 

• Review and analyze feature specifications
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing

What you bring to the team

• 1+ years as a Support Specialist, Tester, Software Engineer, or a similar role
• Proactive approach to tasks 
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Attention to detail
