We're recruiting compassionate and dedicated Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to join our specialist supported living services in Worthing and Lancing.

Available Roles

Support Worker

  • Ā£13.85 per hour
  • Day and night shifts available
  • Full-time and part-time hours available
  • Full UK driving licence required for day roles (held for at least 1 year)


Senior Support Worker

  • Ā£14.75 per hour
  • Full-time day shifts available
  • Full UK driving licence required (held for at least 1 year)
  • Previous senior support or leadership experience preferred


What You'll Be Doing

You'll provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs, helping people build confidence, develop life skills, access their community and achieve greater independence.


No two days are the same. You could be:

  • Supporting daily routines and activities
  • Encouraging independence and personal development
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing
  • Helping people access appointments and community activities
  • Promoting positive outcomes and quality of life
  • Working closely with colleagues and professionals to deliver excellent support


Senior Support Workers will also support shift leadership, mentor team members and help maintain high-quality standards across the service.
