Support Worker – Hampshire & Eastleigh (Flexible & 1:1 Roles)

£13.45 per hour | Full training | Variety or consistent 1:1 support | 37 hours per week


Looking for a Support Worker role where every day is different - or where you can build real, meaningful relationships with a young individual?


We are recruiting Support Workers to join our supportive teams across Hampshire and Eastleigh, offering both flexible peripatetic work and consistent 1:1 support within a specialist autism service.


Full training provided – experience is helpful but not essential.


Two Types of Roles Available


Peripatetic Support Worker – Hampshire

A varied role working across all our residential care homes and supported living services in Hampshire.

You will support different individuals with different needs, helping maintain high-quality, person-centred care across services.


This role is ideal if you:

  • Enjoy variety and change
  • Are confident in new environments
  • Can adapt quickly between teams and individuals
  • Have a full UK driving licence (essential)


1:1 Support Worker – Eastleigh (Brightwater Service)

A consistent role supporting one individual in a structured residential setting.

You will help build trust, routine, and independence through daily 1:1 support.


The individual enjoys:

  • Trampolining and active play
  • Outdoor activities and picnics
  • Ball games
  • Fun, structured activities in the community
  • Being outdoors


This role is built around consistency, trust, and relationship-building to support long-term progress. You will help create safe, structured, and enjoyable experiences every day.


Location: Eastleigh
Salary: £13.45 per hour (reviewed annually)
Hours:  37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, full-time

  • Provide consistent 1:1 person-centred support

  • Support safely to activities, appointments, and community outings
  • Encourage positive engagement in hobbies and interests
  • Support with personal care and structured routines where required
  • Respond calmly to changes in presentation or behaviour
  • Build a trusting, positive working relationship
