We're looking for a passionate Team Leader to join our specialist Autism & Learning Disabilities service in Woolston.

The Role

As Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of the service, providing day-to-day leadership and ensuring the people we support receive high-quality, person-centred support.

Your role will include:

• Leading shifts and supporting the staff team.
• Promoting independence, choice, dignity and positive outcomes.
• Supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
• Providing guidance and coaching to Support Workers.
• Supporting individuals who may experience behaviours of distress.
• Ensuring medication administration and care documentation are completed accurately.
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, quality and compliance.
• Working alongside the Registered and Deputy Manager to continuously improve the service.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

✔ Has experience in a Team Leader, Senior Support Worker or similar role.

✔ Has experience supporting people with autism and learning disabilities.

✔ Is confident supporting behaviours of distress and complex needs.

✔ Can motivate, guide and develop a team.

✔ Is calm, resilient and able to remain positive under pressure.

✔ Holds a full UK driving licence.

✔ Experience of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and safeguarding procedures is highly desirable.
