We are looking for an experienced candidate that has strong written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strives to provide excellent customer service. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, listen to customer concerns and write detailed service orders based on customer concerns
- Review vehicle report for recalls that need completed and verify applicable warranty’s
- Answering phones, schedule appointments, review/recommended upcoming services
- Communicate to technicians throughout the process of repairs to keep customer updated
- Provide cost estimate of mechanical and maintenance repairs
- Maintain customer satisfaction score at or above dealership standards
Job requirement:
- Reynolds and Reynolds DMS knowledge preferred but not required
- 1 year service writing experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and strong desire to sell
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems preferred but not required
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
