Descrizione del lavoro

Siamo alla ricerca di personale da inserire nel nostro Team Gestione Ordini a supporto delle attività del Dipartimento Operations.

Sotto la guida di Head of Operations, e in collaborazione con l'Ufficio Commerciale, la risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione ordini clienti, verifica disponibilità del materiale, organizzazione trasporti
  • Gestione restituzione del materiale e fatturazione servizi di ricondizionamento
  • Fatturazione vendite e noleggi
  • Stretta interazione con dipartimento Ingegneria e Sales per la gestione degli ordini
  • Contatto diretto con i clienti

Qualifiche

  • Buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office
  • Conoscenza del funzionamento di software gestionali
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Diploma di scuola superiore o Laurea
  • Precisione, attitudine al lavoro di squadra, capacità organizzative
