About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and scale our Retail Media Marketplace business across multiple European markets while driving impactful commercial growth initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Tech, Product and Data teams to build scalable frameworks, enable local markets and help transform our 3P advertising business into a high-performing, data-driven growth engine.

Job Description

About your tasks:

• You define and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate advertiser acquisition, retention and revenue growth across our marketplace business.
• You create scalable sales frameworks, playbooks and coverage models that empower local Sales teams to onboard and grow marketplace sellers effectively.
• You analyze pipeline performance, funnel metrics and conversion data to identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial performance.
• You drive the adoption of self-service advertising solutions to support scalable long-tail growth and operational efficiency.
• You collaborate closely with Ad Tech, Product, Campaign Management and Marketplace teams to align scalable capabilities, measurement standards and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring 5+ years of experience in marketplace, retail media, digital advertising or growth-focused roles.
• You have a proven track record in building and scaling commercial models, go-to-market strategies or business development initiatives.
• You combine a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and retail media growth drivers with a highly analytical mindset.
• You enjoy working in international environments, influencing stakeholders across markets and turning strategy into impactful execution.
