Job Description

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated productivity metrics dashboards for AI tools
• Monitor AI tool usage and adoption across the organisation
• Create and deliver automated DPO (Developer Productivity Office) data feeds
• Analyse productivity trends and surface insights to support business decision‑making
• Support reporting requirements for leadership and CoE (Centre of Excellence) reviews
• Produce monthly productivity insights reports for executive‑level audiences

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 Years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or productivity reporting
• Proficiency with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Ability to design and automate data pipelines and reporting workflows
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders
• Experience working in a technology or professional services environment (preferred)
