About the role
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Israel.
The position is permanent, full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical design and development of advanced drug delivery systems, with a strong focus on injection-molded plastic components
- Drive projects from concept through prototyping to production
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, materials, manufacturing, regulatory)
- Contribute to innovative, out-of-the-box solutions in a highly regulated and impactful field
Play a key role in shaping future technologies and products within the company

Job Requirements:
- Education: Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a leading university
- Job skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical product design and drafting
- 1–3 years of experience designing injection-molded plastic parts
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and full command of Microsoft Office tools
- Language skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Personality:
- A creative problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex engineering challenges
- A self-driven professional who can work independently and thrive under pressure
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Someone who brings curiosity, initiative, and a passion for innovation.
