- Support program development for onsite rehabilitation and community outreach.
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy training (DPT or PT) from an accredited program.
- Active Maryland PT license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Strong background in orthopedics, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
- Enthusiasm for innovation, patient engagement, and professional growth.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time or part-time positions available.
- Flexible weekday schedule with potential for some Saturdays.
- Competitive base pay with productivity (wRVU) and performance incentives.
- Opportunities for leadership roles as the practice expands.
