We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner—currently NDIS Commission-verified at the Proficient Level—to support participants near the vibrant North Lakes region.

You will drive person-centred outcomes by developing evidence-based support plans and implementing positive behaviour frameworks.

Your role is vital in eliminating restrictive practices and building the capacity of families and carers to ensure participants reach their full potential.

Qualifications

To be considered suitable you will have:

  • Current suitability - confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission - at the Proficient level  
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload close to your home suburb
  • Open to supporting newer BSP clinicians

To be successful in this role, you will be solution focused & highly organised, with a pro-active approach to best support our participants.
