About the Role

Currently, we’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Junior Boyswear Fashion Designer with 1–2 years of experience in a fashion brand environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands European and global markets, loves hands-on product development, and wants to grow within a fast-paced fashion team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design commercial, trend-driven boyswear for European and global markets
• Translate concepts into clear, flat sketches and accurate tech packs
• Research EU fashion trends, including colors, fabrics, washes, and silhouettes
• Collaborate with the fabric sourcing team to explore local fabric and trim markets and identify seasonal materials for new product development.
• Support the full sampling process—fit, wash, styling, and quality checks
• Collaborate closely with PD, Fabric sourcing team, Graphics, Garment Technology, and Production teams
• Work hands-on with knits, circular jerseys, and wash techniques
• Develop on-trend, cost-efficient styles aligned with commercial needs
• Ensure all designs reflect brand DNA and market demand
• Prepare and organize showrooms and collections for customer visits
• Coordinate with Account Management and Business teams to create demand

What We’re Looking For?

• 1–2 years of fashion design experience in a fashion brand or retail environment
• Experience working with global or European fashion brands
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools
• Good understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and production-ready tech pack preparation
• Strong eye for detail, colour, and commercial market trends
• Knowledge of printing techniques, embroidery, washes, and fabric development
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
