Junior Fashion Graphics Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Fashion Graphics Designer with around 1-2 years of experience in a fashion brand or retail-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion graphics, textile printing, and production-ready artwork, with exposure to global fashion markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and apply graphics placement across different garment styles
• Collaborate closely with design teams to understand concepts and creative direction before starting artwork
• Support designers during style review meetings, accurately documenting graphics and embellishment details
• Create and adapt artwork rollouts across multiple product categories while maintaining consistency
• Work closely with Product Development (PD) teams to ensure artwork aligns with the designer’s vision
• Prepare production-ready artwork, ensuring correct colour, scale, placement, and file setup
• Convert all-over print designs into repeat patterns for rotary and flatbed printing
• Provide technical guidance for embroidery, screen prints, appliqués, and fabric prints
• Consider fabric, printing, and production limitations throughout the design process
• Support design operations, including maintaining digital and physical artwork libraries and showroom preparation
• Collaborate with PD, Merchandising, Account Management, BDMs, and project teams to ensure a smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Around 1-2 year of graphic design experience within a fashion brand or fashion retail environment
• Experience working with global fashion or retail brands
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools
• Good understanding of textile printing techniques, production-ready file preparation, and colour calibration
• Strong eye for detail, colour, and market trends, with the ability to tell visual stories through design
• Knowledge of printing techniques, embroidery, appliqués, and other finishing methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
