Are you eager to tackle complex issues with us and further develop your process knowledge? Read more about this role here!

What you'll be doing at the client's site:

Understanding, analyzing, and designing business processes that align with our clients' needs and strategic pillars: these are your core responsibilities as our Process Analyst. In addition:

  • You'll work according to GRIPP principles, our in-house methodology for accurately and efficiently analyzing our clients' processes.

  • You'll use process modeling tools and techniques to create visual representations of processes, such as Adonis, flowcharts, and process diagrams. Advise your clients on best practices for process design and optimization.
  • Provide training and support to users.
