Sia sta ricercando un Associate / Senior Associate per la sede di Milano e/o Roma da inserire nella Practice CIO Advisory in progetti di organizzazione, revisione di processi e trasformazione aziendale.

Il candidato prescelto sarà coinvolto in progetti riguardanti:

  • Organizzazione IT e IT Governance
  • IT Project and Program Management
  • Strategie di sourcing, Make or Buy, BPO
  • Riduzione della complessità applicativa e infrastrutturale
  • Data Governance e Data Strategy
  • Sourcing Strategy
  • IT & Cloud Transformation
  • Green IT
  • GenAI

Ci sarà, inoltre, l’opportunità di contribuire attivamente alla crescita e allo sviluppo della Service Line (tramite workshops, pubblicazioni, analisi di mercato, partecipazione ai seminari).

Qualifiche

Titolo di studio: Laurea Magistrale in Tecnologia e Sistemi, Economia, Ingegneria.

Esperienza professionale: il candidato possiede almeno 1-2 anni di esperienza in primarie società di consulenza o all'interno di strutture progettuali IT in aziende multinazionali.

Conoscenza delle lingue: utilizzo professionale della lingua inglese. Inoltre, la completa padronanza del francese sarà considerata un plus.

  • Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo;
  • Forte orientamento al problem solving.
