Job Description

We are on the lookout for talented Senior Consultants in Business Transformation to join our expanding team. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to craft strategies, drive operational improvements, and lead transformative business projects. This role provides an exciting opportunity to act as a change catalyst, guiding clients to innovate and build sustainable growth.

You will have access to Sia Partners’ global network and resources, enabling you to develop and implement practical solutions with lasting impact across various sectors, including resources, transport, health, finance, government, utilities, and not-for-profits.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications are highly regarded.
• Experience: Over 3 years in professional services, ideally with a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven expertise in consulting, strategy, business growth, and project management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
