Job Description

SOSi is seeking an experienced Site Lead to support a strategically important contract to provide Facilities Management and Maintenance Services to customer's Forward Headquarters. Overall Program direction will come from the Program Manager operating out of customer's rear headquarters in Tampa. Site Lead will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the Forward Headquarters at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Doha Qatar.

Essential Job Duties

• The Site Lead manages a team of TS/SCI security cleared technicians ranging from Billeting to Logistic to Tradesmen.
• Plans and conducts day to day operations.
• Administrative duties include but not limited to, having and maintaining a TS/SCI status of team members, collaborate with management team in Tampa to facilitate program deliverables, develop group and individual timelines, assess/identify potential bottlenecks in each project/program process, maintain online database activities and audit weekly team timesheets.
• The Site Lead will maintain good relationship with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Coordinates and interacts with the customer's facility manager and headquarters commandant located at AUAB, Doha Qatar.
• Assists, manages O&M Task Order for customer's Headquarters Commandant in the areas of planning, execution, and management of the facilities projects at the customer's Forward Headquarters, AUAB.
• Coordinates with host command Construction Management Office (CMO), Civil Engineering Squadron, and local vendors for the planning, management, and oversight of facilities projects and O/M capabilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Associates degree in a management discipline or related field
• 10 years’ experience in managing facilities and personnel
• Demonstrated understanding of the issues and challenges facing OCONUS bases is ideal
• Ability to pass medical and dental” fit for duty” evaluations

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a management discipline or related field
• Understanding of the Air Force or Army culture, language and expectations for mission success

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment
• This is an “Unaccompanied” position
• Lodging and meals provided on AUAB
• Ability to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs
