Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales engineering and solutions teams and partners for pre-sales activities;
  • Provides business and commercial support for ongoing PoVs
  • Help solutions and product teams execute on sales goals
  • Develop and execute sale pitches and collateral. 
  • Capture new customer requirements and communicate it to engineering.


Skills and Experience

  • Experienced in monitoring or analytics platforms for Applications, Network or Cloud infrastructure
  • Experienced with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Formal Sales Training Accreditations Preferred
  • Strong communication and comprehension skills, both verbal and written
  • 10+ Years of Sales Experience in B2B Enterprise Selling 


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 10+ Years of Sales Experience
  • Ability to travel as required.


Compensation

  • This is a quota-carrying position, with a mix of base salary and commissions
  • Selector Software offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience and capability, along with an excellent benefits package, to qualified Candidates.
  • The total compensation package for this position also includes equity, medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
  • The salary for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 base w/an OTE of $275,000 - $300,000.  Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and location, and may vary from the amount listed.
